10 Best Quantum Computing PR Agencies in 2027
By Kyle Porter, Executive Vice President & Managing Director.
Updated October 31, 2026

The best quantum computing PR agencies in 2027 combine documented quantum or deep-tech client work with media relationships in science and business press. This list names ten, eight of them headquartered outside the United States. Virgo PR* publishes it and is a sister agency of 5WPR*, so those two sit first by publisher choice, not independent testing.
Last updated: October 31, 2026. *Virgo PR and 5WPR are sister agencies.
Who published this ranking, and how were the agencies chosen?
Virgo PR publishes this ranking and has an editorial interest in it. Virgo PR* and 5WPR* are sister agencies, and the publisher chose to list them first. The placements of the other eight agencies reflect Virgo's review of public evidence. They are a publisher's judgment, not an independent or objectively verified ranking.
Positions three to ten were limited to agencies headquartered outside the United States. For each one, the reviewer read the agency's own website, press releases that name the agency and public client reviews where they exist. Agencies with named quantum clients or quantum case studies ranked above agencies that treat quantum as one sector among many. Client results below are self-reported by the agencies unless stated, and none were confirmed with clients.
HKA Marketing Communications describes itself as the first PR agency dedicated to quantum technology clients. It is headquartered in Tustin, California, so it falls outside the non-U.S. criterion and does not appear in positions three to ten.
Which quantum computing PR agencies made the 2027 list?
Ten agencies made the list: Virgo PR and 5WPR as the publisher's joint first choice, followed by eight agencies outside the United States.

What does each agency offer quantum companies?
Each agency below is described from its own published material, with the strength of the quantum evidence stated plainly.
1. Virgo PR*
Virgo PR (virgo-pr.com) is a Miami-based agency that publishes this list and serves quantum computing among its emerging-industry sectors, through its technology PR agency practice. Its Quantum Art case study covers an Israeli trapped-ion quantum computing company that started the engagement with no public presence. Virgo reports more than 100 placements across an 18-month campaign, including Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider and SiliconAngle, and a Series A of more than $140 million for Quantum Art. Those figures come from Virgo's own account and were not independently confirmed.
Virgo's services span public relations, digital content and investor relations services. It states that it does not require long-form contracts and that senior staff who shape strategy stay close to the work. More examples sit in Virgo case studies.
2. 5WPR*
5WPR (5wpr.com) is a PR, creative and AI Visibility agency headquartered in Miami, Florida, with offices in New York, Miami and Tampa, and it launched in 2003. It has a technology PR practice and, since April 2026, a dedicated financial communications practice for pre-IPO and public companies. Both matter to quantum companies heading toward a funding round or a listing.
The reviewer found no published quantum-specific case study for 5WPR. Its place in the first two positions reflects the sister-agency relationship, not documented quantum results. 5WPR says its media, creative, video and social work is done by in-house teams.
3. TFD
TFD (also called Think Feel Do) is a London agency that launched a dedicated Quantum Practice in 2023 for companies in the UK, EU, North America and APAC, described on TFD's quantum tech PR page. Its quantum case studies include Aquark Technologies (a UK quantum startup after a seed round), Quantum Exponential, Entrust (post-quantum cryptography) and a World Quantum Day campaign built on survey data. It also lists work for Economist Impact's Commercialising Quantum events and the Quantum 100 campaign for the International Year of Quantum, launched on March 3, 2026.
TFD's quantum services cover positioning, media and analyst relations, media training, executive thought leadership, technical whitepapers, event support at trade shows such as the APS March Meeting, and digital PR with SEO and GEO strategy. The agency says it organized a roundtable for two quantum clients with speakers from the National Quantum Computing Centre, attended by journalists from the BBC and the Financial Times.
4. Appleby Communications
Appleby Communications, described on the Appleby Communications website, is a UK consultancy that focuses only on quantum technologies. Its founder and principal consultant, Toby Moore, spent nearly three decades as a journalist for UK national media, including The Times, The Sunday Times, The Daily Telegraph and the Financial Times. Listed clients include ORCA Computing, Cerca Magnetics, the National Quantum Computing Centre, Innovate UK, the UK Hub for Quantum Sensing and Timing and the University of Nottingham.
Appleby reports that ORCA Computing's CEO gave a ten-minute interview on BBC Radio 4's Inside Science in March 2026, and that a Financial Times feature on a University of Nottingham physics discovery came from a pitch framed as a business story. Services include media strategy, mainstream media placement, funding and commercialization PR, media training, thought leadership and crisis counsel. Every engagement is handled by one senior consultant, so capacity is the question to ask before signing.
5. PRLab
PRLab (prlab.co) is a B2B tech PR agency headquartered in Amsterdam, with offices in Munich, Austin, Stockholm and Madrid. Matias Rodsevich, its founder and CEO, started it in 2018. It runs a dedicated quantum tech PR practice for quantum computing, networking and sensing companies in Europe, the US and MENA, and its case studies include EigenQ, which builds post-quantum security infrastructure for critical systems.
PRLab says it coordinates research announcements, funding rounds, government contract wins and technical milestones, and prepares scientists for interviews. It reports more than 200 clients and 15,000 placements across all sectors. Those totals are self-reported and are not specific to quantum.
6. Commplicated
Commplicated is a deep tech PR and communications agency founded in London in 2023, with a design studio in Copenhagen, and it presents its work on the Commplicated website. Its quantum computing case study features Nu Quantum. The agency says a deep tech investor founded it and that its clients have raised more than £500 million since 2023, a self-reported figure.
Services include messaging and positioning, media relations, fundraising announcements, pitch decks, and branding and websites through its design studio. It works with early-stage startups from pre-seed to pre-IPO across the UK and Europe.
7. Concrete Media
Concrete Media (concrete.media) is a B2B tech PR agency founded in 2014 in the Tel Aviv area of Israel, and its documented quantum client is Quantum Machines, which builds control systems for quantum computers. The evidence is a verified Clutch review from Yoel Knoll, VP Marketing at Quantum Machines, dated May 2023, and a Concrete Media contact named on a Quantum Machines press release distributed by PR Newswire.
Agency directories list its services as media relations, analyst outreach, podcast management and award submissions. Its other sectors include AI, cybersecurity and developer tools.
8. Maarc
Maarc (maarc.fr) is a Paris communications agency whose documented quantum client is Quandela, a French photonic quantum computing company. Maarc is named as the agency media contact on Quandela press releases, including the June 18, 2026 partnership with Qatar's Mekdam Holding Group, and on the release for the inauguration of the Lucy photonic quantum computer issued with CEA and GENCI.
Directory listings describe Maarc as a public relations and communications firm that also handles crisis and corporate work. The reviewer did not find a Maarc service page dedicated to quantum.
9. Tyto
Tyto is a pan-European technology PR agency with one team across the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Sweden and the Netherlands, described on the Tyto company page. The quantum evidence reviewed is a 2022 Tyto blog post saying it had joined the European Quantum Industry Consortium as an associate member and was supporting Photonics21 and Classiq, a quantum software company.
Because that evidence is dated, Tyto ranks ninth. A quantum buyer should ask which quantum clients it serves today. Its model places media, digital, content and market specialists in one team for companies growing across several European countries.
10. CCGroup, a Hoffman Agency
CCGroup (ccgrouppr.com) is a London B2B tech PR and marketing agency that cites 30 years of B2B tech experience and has a quantum computing sector page. Its deep tech page lists analyst and media relations, stakeholder engagement, event marketing and social media campaigns.
The reviewer found no named quantum client in the pages read, so CCGroup takes tenth place on thinner evidence than the other nine.
How should a quantum company choose a PR agency?
A quantum company should choose an agency by checking five things that show whether the agency has already explained quantum technology to journalists.
Ask for named quantum clients. An agency that has worked with a qubit maker has already faced a reporter's questions about error rates and timelines.
Ask who does the work. A single senior consultant, as at Appleby, gives direct access but limits capacity, while a larger team adds capacity and dilutes senior time.
Match outlets to the goal. A funding round calls for business press such as the Financial Times, while a research result suits science and trade titles.
Read the contract terms. Virgo says it does not require long-form contracts, and other agencies publish no terms, so ask each one.
Check geography. Agencies based near your market, such as TFD and Appleby in the UK or Concrete Media in Israel, know local journalists and government programs.
For a scorecard that works across sectors, read how to choose a PR agency for an emerging technology company. Companies planning their own program can read the quantum computing PR strategy guide and the guide to getting media coverage for a quantum computing startup, and the Technology PR sector pillar maps the rest of Virgo's technology coverage.
Frequently asked questions
What does a quantum computing PR agency do?
A quantum computing PR agency explains quantum technology to journalists, investors and customers. Typical work includes messaging, media relations for research results and funding rounds, executive media training and thought leadership.
Why are Virgo PR and 5WPR listed first?
Virgo PR and 5WPR are listed first because the publisher, Virgo PR, chose to place its sister agencies there. The order of the other eight agencies follows the strength of the quantum evidence the reviewer found.
Why are there no U.S. agencies besides Virgo PR and 5WPR?
The ranking limited positions three to ten to agencies headquartered outside the United States. HKA Marketing Communications, a quantum-focused agency in California, was excluded for that reason.
Are the results in this list independently verified?
No. Client results are reported by the agencies themselves, and the reviewer did not confirm them with clients. Check any figure with the agency before relying on it.
How much does quantum computing PR cost?
Costs vary by agency size, scope and contract length, and no agency on this list publishes a price list. Virgo's guide to quantum computing PR costs breaks down retainers, project fees and launch campaigns, and labels every estimate.
